The Lemos Patriot amplifier is quite unique since it has both a relative good N.F but also a quite high output power P1db of 24dbm and high gain of 30db.
This unit can get even better specs if you don’t need the entire freq band of 0.8-21GHZ and only need for example only 6-18GHZ. It also has a very small form-factor and light weight which makes it suitable for wide range of applications.

The PW1-928 RF transceiver module is designed for reliable bi-directional transfer of digital data over distances of over 300 feet in cluttered urban environments (over half a mile in true line of sight). Operating in the 902 to 928MHz frequency band, the module generates a nominal +7dBm into a 50-ohm load and achieves an outstanding RX sensitivity of –112dBm.
The module uses the industry standard LoRa direct sequence chirp spreading protocol combined with a proprietary data structure to both simplify user implementation and to significantly improve packet transmission reliability. It has a Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART) serial interface that can be directly connected to typical microcontrollers, RS-232 converters or USB adaptors. The module automatically handles all radio functions resulting in a true UART-to-antenna wireless link. Configuration setup is also accessed through the UART interface.

Three new ZE20S firmwares are released for ZigBee Home Automation profile support, HACI, HADL, and HAOL.
Users may download the firmware to the ZE20S by using ProBee Manager.

Fast-switching, Long Range, Wireless Link for Industrial & Commercial Applications

LEMOS INTERNATIONAL Co. Inc. Leading Distributor for low power radio manufacturer Radiometrix has launched the new WFX2 radio Transceiver module. Ideally suited to industrial applications requiring long range and high-reliability, the WFX2 offers fast switching together with +27dBm (500mW) RF power output and ETSI Category 1 (Class 1) receiver performance. The WFX2 is available for operation in the 500mW 458.5-459.5MHz license-free Industrial/ Commercial Telemetry and Telecommand, Medical and Biological Applications band in the UK and Ireland.
This new 256-channel module features an exceptional RX-to-TX switching time (5ms), has a receive sensitivity of -118dBm and can achieve a usable range of over 5km over open ground. The feature rich interface offers analogue RSSI and both logic level and analogue baseband inputs and outputs. A 4-way internal channel select switch is standard. The compact WFX2 (85 x 55 x 13 mm) requires a regulated +5V DC power supply and is re-programmable via microcontroller UART interface, drawing 35mA in receive and under 400mA in transmit.
Multiple versions of the product are available; the standard 458MHz module offers data rates of up to 5kbps, the WFX2-458-G variant to be used with external 9600 baud GMSK Modem and a dedicated modem version, the WFZ2 has an internal M48 modem. A 12.5kHz narrowband version is also available.
The WFX2 is ideally suited to industrial applications including on-site paging, telecommand tasks, machine control, fast, long range data modems and robotic/ mechatronic control functions. This module is the latest addition to the exciting new range of High Power transceivers from Radiometrix which includes the SHX1-169-5 Transceiver on VHF frequencies and the FPX3-869-10, available on the pan-European 869.4-869.65MHz band. The module can be evaluated easily using the Narrow Band Evaluation Kit. Conforms to ETSI EN 300 220-2 Category 1 (radio) and EN 301 489-3 (EMC) standards and available on custom UHF frequencies.
