SENA’s Bluetooth Access Point supports up to 28 simultaneous connections. We do have successful large-scale implementations of this application in Korea and Europe. Enclosed, please find a presentation that details on how-to implement “Bluetooth Proximity Marketing” application using Sena’s MSP1000.
SENA’s Bluetooth USB Adapter runs on class 1 type of specification and incorporates Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) support that offers increased data transfer rates up to 3 Mbps. Nominal wireless transmit distance is 300 meters (984 feet) and can be extended up to 1000 meters (3280 feet) using optional patch antenna.
